Levelling support type 239

Electrically operated levelling system with automatic levelling control. The supports can be installed either over the ISO corners of the container or in the niches which are provided for this purpose (foldable).

Levelling support type 245

For levelling or stabilising a container or container-like module. Locking in DIN ISO 1161 corner fittings. The upper outrigger leans against the contact surface of the container (smooth sheet or angle). Direct spindle drive via a key or hand ratchet. Optional prop adapter for lateral stiffening.

The leveling jacks series 256 with manual drive can be folded for transport into the niche. As a result, the containers outside dimensions are not exceeded and transport costs can be optimized. The supports series 272 are locked into the ISO corners and are characterized by high operating convinience of use and reliability. An additional conjugating top boom provide increased stability and allows compensation of 3.5° ground slope with a 20' container at 16t load. Jacks can hold a static load up to 24t.

The leveling jacks series 274 are manufactured in various modifications with different interfaces, such as with screwing plates, angles, catches or collar plates. An additional quick release is also possible, which significantly increases the lifting height and speeds up the levelling process.

The levelling props of the 282 series are produced in different modifications and with different interfaces, such as screw-on plates or weldable collars. The supports are used for levelling and stabilising of vehicles, modules and containers with transmission masts.

Levelling support type 286

The supports of the series 286 are locked into the ISO-corners. The spindle is capsulated and is directly driven manually from above by means of a ratchet crank. An additional conjugated locked upper boom provide increased stability.

The leveling jacks models 287 and 287/B are electrically operated levelling system with automatic levelling control, which could be integrated with various interfaces in container, function modules or vehicles and stabilize them.

The manually driven leveling 289 are locked from underneath into the ISO corners and used for leveling containers.

The supports of the series 248 are locked in the ISO corners and are suitable for use on heavy containers up to max. 25 t total weight. An additional, conjugated top upper boom provide increased stability allows compensation of 3.0° ground slope.
